Your Right to Erasure
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request deletion of personal data held by GRETAART STUDIO AT LTD. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once deletion is complete.
Please note that some requests may take the full 30-day period to process. We do not guarantee immediate deletion in all cases.
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1 — Email Request (recommended)
Send an email to:

Please include:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- The email address registered on your account
- Your phone number if registered
- A clear statement that you wish to permanently delete your account and associated data
We may ask you to verify your identity before proceeding, to prevent unauthorised requests.
Option 2 — In-App Deletion
If available in your version of the App, you may also request deletion through your account settings:
- Open the App
- Go to Settings → Account
- Select Delete Account and confirm
If this option is not yet available in your version of the App, please use the email method above.
What Happens After Deletion
Upon successful completion of your request, we will remove your account, email address, phone number and access code data from our systems. Your investigation progress and history will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Data We May Retain
In certain cases, we may be legally required to retain some records for a limited period. This includes financial transaction records required for tax and accounting compliance, or records retained at the request of or in connection with an external ticketing or payment provider used to process your purchase. Such data will be retained only for the legally required period and will not be used for any other purpose.
